Job Responsibilities:

• Installation: Installing new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems and related equipment like furnaces and air conditioners. 
• Maintenance: Performing routine checks, cleaning air filters and ducts, lubricating parts, and checking for leaks to ensure optimal system operation and efficiency. 
• Repair: Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with various components of HVAC systems and making the necessary repairs. 
• Safety and Compliance: Adhering to safety standards, local building codes, and health and safety regulations. 
• Customer Interaction: Communicating directly with customers, explaining technical issues, providing maintenance tips, and discussing potential upgrades.

Whether you’re experienced or eager to grow, this role offers an opportunity to work with seasoned professionals in a supportive and knowledgeable environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect & Engage: Connect with new leads from open houses, home shows, and walk-ins. Set appointments and follow through.
• Assess Needs: Visit homes to evaluate HVAC needs, explain options, and answer questions.
• Present Solutions: Deliver professional, in-person proposals that highlight high-efficiency systems, promotions, and financing options.
• Close Sales: Negotiate confidently, collect deposits, and finalize paperwork within 24 hours.
• Follow Up: Ensure customer satisfaction after installation, collect referrals, and manage signage or follow-up marketing.
• Collaborate: Work closely with installation teams to ensure a seamless, error-free experience.
• Hours: 8:00 – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

What You’ll Need:

• Proven sales experience (HVAC, home services, or similar)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical understanding of HVAC systems (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to manage time, appointments, and documents efficiently
• Comfortable with in-home visits and occasional event work
